• You understand that reflections cannot be recovered, altered, or deleted without the provided three-word identifier

You are responsible for what you choose to share.

3. Content Ownership

You grant WhatMakesMeHuman a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, display, and archive any content you submit for as long as the service exists.

You retain ownership of your words.

4. Image Uploads (If Enabled)

When uploading images, you agree that:

• The service will remove embedded metadata
• You are responsible for removing identifiable elements in the visible image
• The platform is not liable for images that reveal personal information you chose to include

5. Platform Rights

We reserve the right to remove content that includes:

• Hate speech
• Explicit threats
• Personal information
• Illegal material
• Automated spam

This is not a platform for harassment or targeted harm.

6. Indemnity

You agree not to hold WhatMakesMeHuman liable for any consequences arising from:

• Your submissions
• Your interpretation of others’ moments
• Your loss of the three-word identifier
